Dr. Daniel Hulsey is a U.S. Army Veteran and highly skilled upper cervical chiropractor dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting relief through modern, non-invasive care.
After serving in the Infantry Reconnaissance Sniper Platoon and deploying to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Dr. Hulsey returned home with injuries that traditional medical care and medications couldn’t resolve. His life changed when chiropractic care delivered dramatic improvements in just weeks—eliminating headaches, easing TMJ pain, reducing ear ringing, and relieving daily back pain.
Driven by his own transformation, Dr. Hulsey mastered the advanced, research-backed EPIC technique and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida Campus. He continued refining his skills at the EPIC Clinics Headquarters before co-founding Atlas Clinics in Pompano Beach with Dr. Samantha Carney.

Dr. Samantha Carney is a highly skilled chiropractic physician and board-eligible Chiropractic Neurologist and co-founder of Atlas Clinics, a Veteran and Woman owned chiropractic office specializing in advanced relief and modern wellness care.
Her passion for helping patients began with her own struggles—lifelong migraines that worsened after a car accident at 16. Chiropractic care changed her life, and that transformation inspired her career.
Dr. Carney earned her degree in Kinesiology with a Nutrition minor from Miami University before attending Palmer College of Chiropractic – Florida, where she met her future business partner, Dr. Daniel Hulsey. During her training, she discovered the revolutionary EPIC Percussive Soundwave Technique, which eliminated her migraines and shaped her commitment to precise, neurologically driven care.
Graduating with honors and completing her Diplomate in Chiropractic Neurology studies, Dr. Carney brings advanced expertise in treating migraines, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure, allergies, chronic pain, and neurological conditions.
